Cancellation Policy:
If a patron has registered for a program but is unable to attend, cancellations are eligible for a partial refund, less an administration fee of 15% of class tuition, if the cancellation happens 15 or more calendar days prior to the class start date.
Unfortunately, refunds are unavailable if the cancellation happens within 14 days, or fewer, of the class’s start date. Except in the case of a family or medical emergency.
We are unable to pro-rate fees for missed or late registration for programs or classes.
