Benefit Concert in the Paramount Theatre

Online Silent Auction Closes

Presented by Paramount Center for the Arts and Jules’ Bistro

Paramount Center for the Arts and Jules’ Bistro are partnering to host a benefit, Central Minnesotans for Ukraine, on Tuesday, June 28 at the Paramount and The Regency Venue in Downtown St. Cloud. 100% of the proceeds will be used to provide services and resources for Ukrainians through Alight, a Minneapolis-based nonprofit. Alight’s rapid response teams are meeting displaced Ukrainians at critical moments on their journey to help them process, re-orient, connect, and navigate their new reality. The war in Ukraine has destroyed neighborhoods and disrupted every part of life for Ukrainians. 25% of the population have left their homes behind. 5 million Ukrainians have fled to neighboring countries, with 3 million entering Poland.

SILENT AUCTION (open June 20-28):  https://www.32auctions.com/cm4ukraine

The benefit will include a virtual silent auction of pieces created and donated by a curated group of well-known local artists. The artists have been asked to create pieces that incorporate a sunflower, a Ukrainian symbol of peace and resistance against the Russian invasion. These unique pieces will be on display at The Regency Venue (directly across from the Paramount) the night of the event from 5 – 7PM. The reception will have light refreshments provided. The auction will open online, through the Paramount’s website, on June 20 and close on the night of the event, June 28.

In addition to the art auction, a live concert featuring a star-studded lineup of musicians will take the Paramount stage at 7:30 pm on June 28. Michael Shynes, Ted Manderfeld, Paul Diethelm, Pamela McNeill, Quinn Sullivan, Bennett Vee, Tommy Vee, Matt Vee, Isaac Levy, and Chris Bloniarz are donating their time and talents to rock the Paramount for this important cause. Guests will have the ability to choose their ticket donation level of $20, $50, or $100. All ticket proceeds will go to Alight.

Premiere ticket and artist-designed t-shirt packages are available for organizations and individuals who wish to donate $500 or more in support of the cause. Contact Carrie Clauson at the Paramount for more information or to sign-up: cclauson@paramountarts.org / 320-257-3132.
