Based on weather predictions of rain and thunderstorms for Thursday, August 26th, the Paramount Center for the Arts has decided to move all Block Party performances inside to the Paramount Theatre. The Block Party will no longer be held outside on Saint Germain. Due to space limitations, artist booths, food/drink vendors and kids’ activities will not be possible.
3:30pm – Buckets N Boards
5:30pm – SCSU Nepalese Student Association
7:00pm – Program Honoring Covid Heroes
7:30pm – The Killer Vees “I Am He Said” Concert
All of the performances are free, however space is limited. Seating in the theatre will be on a first-come, first-serve basis. The Paramount facility will be open from 3-9pm, with theatre doors opening 30 minutes prior to each performance. Masks are required inside the Paramount Center for the Arts.

We’re celebrating the 100th anniversary of the Paramount Theatre with live performances, music, artist booths and demonstrations, food, drinks and more! The party takes place on Saint Germain street, in front of the Paramount marquee. At 3:30pm, comedy percussion duo, Buckets N Boards, will take the stage for a fun, musical, interactive show the whole family will enjoy. At 7:00pm we will honor St. Cloud’s Covid heroes, then, at 7:30pm, enjoy a FREE performance of The Killer Vees ever-popular concert, “I Am He Said: Celebrating the Music of Neil Diamond.” Bring a friend, bring your kids, bring the whole family! Come have fun with us and celebrate 100 years of the arts and entertainment in St. Cloud.
