The Paramount Center for the Arts is honored and excited to be apart of the Downtown St. Cloud Art Crawl on Fri, August 12th and we have lots going on, so mark your calendars and stop by! Light refreshments will be provided throughout the night.

  • Meet ten extraordinary women this August. Walk through their most recent exhibition titled “Branching Out.”
• Granite Lobby
  • Travel Sketchbooks: Art & Stories on the Go.
  • 5:00 – 6:00PM
  • Find inspiration for chronicling your travels through sketches and stories. Presenter Lisa Meyers McClintick, an award-winning travel writer and photographer for the Star Tribune and USA Today, will share ideas for easy drawings and journaling that help you slow down and savor each adventure. Stick around to create a souvenir postcard.

  • Art Reception: “30 Countries by 30” with photographer Autumn Carolynn
  • 6:00 – 8:00PM
  • Walk through the Paramount’s Historic Lobby and meet world traveler and photographer Autumn Carolynn. During her reception, Carolynn will share insights and travel tips from her personal journey and professional challenge of “30 Countries by 30.”

• Outside the Paramount – Tents
  • 4:00 – 8:00PM
  • Don’t forget to stop by the outdoor sidewalk tents featuring the Central Minnesota Watercolorists, and the Mid Minnesota Association of Woodturners. In addition, Laurie Yourk will be onsite – demonstrating the art of creating pottery.
