Box Office Services & Policies
Tickets to Paramount Center for the Arts events can be purchased by phone at 320.259.5463, in person, or online. All ticket sales are final with no refunds or price adjustments. All tickets are subject to a $3.00 processing fee.

The Box Office is also open one hour prior to performances.
Lost tickets may be replaced free of charge by calling the Box Office at 320.259.5463. Please be prepared to show a photo I.D. when picking up tickets.
Tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same titled production. Exchanges must be completed at least 24 hours prior to the date of the originally scheduled performance. Exchanges are subject to availability and there is no exchange fee on the phone or at the Box Office counter. The patron is responsible for the difference in the ticket price. There are NO exchanges on group sales or complimentary tickets.
There is no refund for missed performances.
Paramount Center for the Arts gift cards make the perfect gift and are available in any amount. Gift cards may be purchased by visiting the Box Office or by calling 320.259.5463. You can also click here to purchase gift cards online. Paramount gift cards are valid for theatre performances, gallery items and classes in the Visual Art Center.
Patrons with Disabilities
When ordering tickets, please notify the Box Office of any special accommodations you may need. The balcony of the Paramount Theatre is not accessible by elevator and there are many stairs within the balcony section. Please see the section on Accessibility for more information. If you will be attending with an service animal, please notify the Box Office in advance so that the best accommodations can be provided for you and your service animal. Assisted Listening Devices are available at the Box Office. ASL services are available by contacting the Box Office at least 30 days in advance of a performance.
Children are welcome to enjoy performances at the Paramount Theatre. In some cases, a suggested age range may be listed on the Paramount website. Everyone entering the theater must have a ticket, including infants. For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, patrons who are disruptive will be asked to leave the theatre.
